About TEAM TEFL

Hi, I'm Jason, the founder of TEAM TEFL.

Before TEAM TEFL existed, I was in the classroom myself — teaching English and, like most teachers, spending far too many evenings and weekends buried in lesson planning. Building materials from scratch, hunting for resources that actually worked, and constantly reinventing the wheel for every new class and level. I knew there had to be a better way.

So in 2015, I started creating my own lesson plans — properly structured, classroom-tested, and designed to save teachers the hours I'd been losing. What began as materials for my own classroom grew into TEAM TEFL.

A Decade of Resources Teachers Trust

Since 2015, we've been creating and selling lesson plans on Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) and TES, two of the largest platforms for educator-made resources. Over that time, we've maintained a 4.8 rating on TPT — a reflection of the care that goes into every resource we publish.

Today, more than 60,000 teachers around the world use TEAM TEFL materials in their classrooms — from first-time ESL teachers to experienced professionals looking to save time without cutting corners.
